WebEx NBR Player (Network Recording Player) is a lightweight desktop utility for opening, playing, and converting legacy Webex recording files. It supports .ARF (Advanced Recording Format) and .WRF (Webex Recording Format), letting you stream recordings directly from a Webex link or play files you’ve downloaded for offline viewing. The player offers familiar controls—play/pause, seek, and variable playback speed—and can export recordings to standard formats such as MP4 (and, in some versions, WMV) for easier sharing and archiving.
